Shipments:
Actual shipping charges will apply along with any special handling charges required.  All International   shipments are subject to actual shipping charges and any additional charges incurred for documents or customs.

Return Policy
Nelson and Pade, Inc. will accept merchandise for return (special orders excluded) within 30 days of receipt for any reason, as long as merchandise is in new, unused condition and is in its original packaging. Please check your orders immediately upon delivery. If you need assistance, call Customer Service 608-297-8708. 

To exchange or return items shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, you must first call for approval.

If your original payment was by credit card, we will credit the same card. If payment was by check or cash, we will refund by check.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges, custom duties and taxes that the customer's government may impose at the time of exporting and any damages incurred when returning products.

A 20 percent minimum restocking fee will be charged after 30 days, depending on product condition.  We will not accept custom-made, used or modified products.

Damage must be reported immediately to the carrier and within 48 hours to a Nelson and Pade, Inc sales representative. Nelson and Pade, Inc. will not accept claims for shortages after 10 days from delivery .

Limited Warranty, Disclaimer of Other Warranties:

As to products not manufactured by Seller, Seller shall pass through to Buyer any warranties given by the product manufacturer, to the extent permitted by such manufacturer. In the event of any breach of such warranties, Buyer shall notify Seller within thirty (30) days of receipt of the products. The exclusive remedy for breach of such warranties shall be those remedies provided by the original manufacturer. In no event shall Seller be liable for any damage as a result of such breach.

As to products manufactured by Seller, Seller warrants the Products will conform to the description of the Products on the face hereof, and that such products shall be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of shipment. The Seller shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for any breach of warranty, and Buyer’s exclusive remedy shall be limited to repair or replacement of the defective Product, or repayment of the purchase price, as Seller’s sole option. Replacement of defective Products or repayment of the purchase price will be made only upon return of the defective Products to Seller, at Buyer’s cost. Repair of defective Products shall be done at Seller’s location, or at such other place as Seller may direct, with shipping to location at Buyer’s cost.

THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
